The other day I bought spaghetti squash at the store and had it as a side dish for supper. It was delicious and so easy to make! The calories are very low compared to pasta (although I will NEVER give that up!) and it was very tasty. I cut the squash in half and scooped out the seeds, then placed it cut side down on a microwavable dish with 1/4 cup water, then covered with plastic wrap. 7 minutes in the microwave on high, then scoop it out with a spoon and add butter or olive oil or sauce and top with grated cheese! Try it you'll like it!
