Handmade Gifts from My Florida Baby!

This past week , Ray and I were able to visit our wonderful family in Florida! My daughter Christina considerthecoffee.blogspot.com her husband Suj and the sweetest little guy ever, my grandson Kavi! It was a fantastic time with them and Kavi delighted us with his loving and playful ways! One Kavi highlight was him dancing perfectly on beat with arm movements and everything to Matisyahu's "One Day". Now Kavi is only 19 months old and he even hummed along to the "OH OH OH OH's"! Such joy!!!
Christina gave me my birthday gifts this trip and I have posted the photos for you to drool over! Two cheerful and fall looking pillow covers made with fabric she bought on etsy, a fabric clutch purse she made from re-purposed fabric, and an anchor necklace that was beautifully made and packaged!
Stina has coffeeandcream.etsy.com and thecozynest.etsy.com to display all her handmade goodies!

  2. Hello, Darlene!
I read your blog with great interest! Thank you! So many information and a lot of wonderful pictures. I read your story about the house of your grandpa, Elias Sivokon. The point is that I am great-granddaughter of his brother Ivan Onufrievich Sivokon, who lived in Russia and had two sons - Leonid and Ivan. Leonid Sivokon was my grandfather. My name is Lyubov, I live in Russia now. I tried to find any information about the rest members of the Sivokon family for 10 years but only now I could find it. 10 years of search! Unfortunately, I could't find your e-mail and write to you. Here is my e-mail address: lmslasten@yandex.ru. Please, write to me, I'll be very glad to talk to you! I'll explain how I found you and may be you will help me to find other Sivokons! Waiting for your reply!
